Unit was clean and appliances worked. However it was very worn - outside of the cooking counter and backsplash, nothing in the unit appeared to have been updated in 30 years. It also smelled really musty. Stairway to upstairs bedrooms was extremely narrow.
These condos are solid. I do not know what issues the other reviewers had, but they were a good price, excellent location, and had everything you need. We were able to sleep comfortably and cook every meal.
