Pros:

One star of only the location. Rude staff, verbal battle between multiple customers and staffs. Nasty microwave, refrigerator. Charge extra per person but doesn't provide enough utilities. 4 people 3 towels and three hangers. charged 40 more dollars per room total $150 for a 2 queens beds room. Was going to charge us $50 at the beginning. Had to call Expedia for help and resolve it. Unbelievable, such bad experience and waste of time. Never going back again ever. Not recommend to anybody, I'll warn everyone I know not to go there. Just book elsewhere and rest in peace! Don't get yourself in troubles.

Trash hotel, horrible breakfast, no meat, eggs, but room is clean. Small key that’s hard to use and easy to loose. choose something else please

Cons:

Simply put, it does what it needs to do, but it could be better. My friends and I rented it out for a week for snowboarding. It is insanely close to the mountain, which is awesome (about ten minutes); however, that is really the only outstanding pro. The staff are no the friendliest, the morning breakfast is very minimal, the room does not have a thermostat to adjust, and the fridge has no adjustment knob as well. The floor was heated (sometimes), which was nice, but it was inconsistent. There is also a shuttle you can take from the hotel to the mountain, but it costs $2 per person (on the way, but not back). The WiFi is also pretty trash. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again (or at least it would not be my first, second, or third choice.

The door was extremely hard to unlock and open, which is really inconvenient in -14F weather, they gave us a hard time for asking for extra blankets and it was super hot in the room during the night (we didn't have a thermostat) so we had to open the window slightly.

Our go to place when traveling through Vermont and need a place to stay half way. We've gotten lucky two years in a row on Columbus day weekend and we were able to book a room last minute, which is incredible during leaf peeper season. Rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable. Haven't had their complimentary breakfast as both time we left early to get on the road. This Inn is really conveniently located near Killington peak so I imagine they do a good business during ski season.

Inexpensive and close to the mountain. There's a $2/person shuttle that takes you to Killington if you don't want to drive, but it's a bit of a walk to the road where it picks you up. The floors are heated and the toilet is separate from the shower. They have breakfast until 10 which is decent.
