Super rustic, laid back establishment run by really good folks. It's nothing fancy but that's what the appeal of the place is-it's a ski lodge, not a high end fancy hotel. Excellent breakfast to start the day, comfortable, clean, and cozy room, can't ask for much more
The butternut inn and pancake House had a great homely feel meeting the bare necessities for comfortable stay. Their complementary breakfast was what put them over the top though.

Fantastic hotel! The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. Not particularly fancy, but definitely comfortable. Nothing beats hitting the slopes after ordering "all you can eat" pancakes.
