Andrew and his team provide excellent, reliable, and fair service. He has maintained and repaired my hot tubs for over a year now and I can't speak highly enough of him. In fact, at one of my properties I had extensive foundation work done over this past autumn. The deck was rebuilt but the contractors forgot to re-run the hot tub electrical wire. Andrew crawled a 20 foot distance under a 2 foot clearance just to get the tub connected ahead of frigid temps. That's the kind of service you get with InStone Spas.
Had a wonderful experience with Andrew and In Stone purchasing our A8 Bullfrog hot tub. The customer service, knowledge and follow through was top notch. Love the tub and we get tons of complements on the look, functionality, and flexibility of the jets. Also love having a location right on the Killington access road in case we ever need service. All in all, a great experience throughout!

I used InStone spas for my hot tub maintenance and the owner is always prompt with service and very knowledgeable. I tried using someone in the Rutland area but found them not to be as helpful. I haven't purchased a new hot tub yet, but when I do, I know where I am going! Highly recommend Andrew and his team!
The best quality Spas sold by an honest and knowledgeable company, InStone. What more can you ask for?! Andrew does it all. The deck/ the details and the service. One stop shopping... In Killington you need a great hot tub to complete any ski house. This is the only place to go.
PS The only place where you can also get a reasonably priced service and worry free ownership for your spas. These people know what they are doing and they approach customers as a long term relationship. Very refreshing. Highly recommend.
